Helping Taxpayers Since 1994

What are the fees for your services

If the reduction occurs prior to the tax bill being paid, then the county automatically applies the refund to the tax bill. If the reduction occurs after the tax bill is paid then the refund will be issued in the form of a check from the Auditor-Controller's office.

We work on a contingency fee basis. There are no upfront costs or hidden fees. If we do not get you a reduction then there is no fee due into our office.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you a law firm?

I get a lot of these letters. why should I choose you?

The county will mail you a document showing the new assessed value approximately 30-45 days after the hearing. We will have the results when we leave the hearing in most cases.

We have been doing property tax appeals since 1994 and we would not be in business that long if we did not do good work for our clients. We are professionals in this field and have an excellent rapport with the Assessor’s office and the Assessment Appeals Board. They know we come prepared to the hearings.

Do I have to be at the hearings?
